Motivation is the first decision. You have to have a goal and a solid reason behind the goal. Do you want to lose 10 pounds before the summer season? Do you want to lose 20 pounds for a wedding?

Then after you have set your goals, the next step is to select the kind of diet plan that will work for you. Read some diet reviews and choose the one that suits your personality.

After you have settled on a plan, add some helpful tools like exercise, drinking lots of water, and writing a diet diary.
